Simona Popovici, who until early this week ran the HR departmentfor Romania and Moldova of Coca-Cola HBC Romania, was promoted todirector of rewards with Coca-Cola Hellenic group, and startingnext year will move to Greece, where she will be part of the HRmanagement team of the entire group, reads BUSINESS Magazinmagazine.
"I'm moving to a new competence area, much more specific andwith much greater responsibilities, along the entire group,"Popovici says.
Specifically, the new position entails the coordination of thedevelopment, implementation and management of communication,motivation and commitment policies, as well as of compensation andbenefits ones for all the 28 countries where the company ispresent.
She will be the only Romanian in the HR department of Greece andthe team she leads has 10 people.
The new HR head of Coca-Cola HBC Romania is SimonaSimion-Popescu, who until recently ran the HR department of Xerox,inclusively for Romania and Moldova.
