Immorent Romania IFN becomes joint stock company

The sole partner of Immorent Romania IFN, Immorent International Holding, has recently decided to change the company's legal status, from a limited liability company to a joint stock company and to increase its share capital by 187,500 euros to 200,000 euros. After this change is operated, the share capital of Immorent Romania IFN will be divided into 10,000 shares. The company's capital will be 96% controlled by Immorent International Holding, with the rest to belong to Relia Immobilien-Verwertungs-Gesellschaft, Company IBF Industriebeteiligungs-Gesellschaft, Company Immorent-Mobilienvermietungs-Gesellschaft and to Company Immorent Wohnbau-Gesellschaft, each with 1%. The company's core business is financial leasing. Immorent Romania IFN is managed by Austrian-born Harald Trinkl, appointed for a four-year period. The managing team also includes Paula Zeneci and Daniel Dumitrascu. The company held a 57% market share on the segment of printing equipment leasing at the end of last year, according to its own estimates.
